Return Process

Securely place the item in its original premium packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Singapore Post location or arrange for a courier pickup via our portal.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
